Hagley Park

Hagley Park is a vast park of about 165 hectares located in the center of Christchurch. Surrounded by the Avon River, the park has a variety of sports facilities including a golf course and tennis courts, a botanical garden with precious trees and flowers from domestic and overseas, and Victoria Lake where black swans swim. It is always crowded with locals and tourists.

Christchurch, New Zealand's first city in 1857, is the largest city on the South Island, located on the coast of the fertile Canterbury Plains.
