Roman Forum (Triumphal Arch of Septimius Severus)
Roman Forum is one of Rome's most famous tourist attractions. Roman Forum means "Roman public square", and it was used for various purposes during the ancient Roman era, including public meetings, political institutions, markets, and courts. Although most of the facilities from that time are still intact, it is a magnificent group of ruins that reminds us of the greatness of the city even after all these years.
Rome
Rome, the capital of Italy, is steeped in ancient history. The Colosseum, Roman Forum, and other magnificent ruins dating back 2,000 years can be seen here and there. The post-medieval streets and squares that were built on top of the ancient city are also a must-see for their beauty. Whether you are touring the Trevi Fountain, the Mouth of Truth, Piazza di Spagna, or sampling local delicacies such as carbonara and amatriciana, there is no shortage of things to do in the Eternal City.
