Mount Hood (elevation 3,425m), the highest mountain in Oregon, has a beautiful appearance covered with perennial snow. It is an active volcano that has erupted more than four times in the past 15,000 years, and is surrounded by coniferous forests, valleys, and other magnificent natural features. Around Mt.
