Ferry Route Osaka-Shibushi

A variety of long-distance ferries operate in Japan, an island nation, and one of them is the "Sunflower" ferry route between Osaka South Port and Shibushi Port in Kagoshima Prefecture. The route has been in operation since 1977, with one service a day between the largest city in Kansai and the gateway to southern Kyushu. The ferry travels along the Pacific Ocean south of Shikoku, allowing passengers to enjoy the vast ocean and unobstructed starry sky.
