Meguro River
The Meguro River flows through the center of Tokyo for about 8 km and flows into Tokyo Bay. It is known as a famous cherry blossom viewing spot in spring, with rows of cherry trees lining both banks forming an elegant cherry blossom tunnel. In the old days, there was a port at the mouth of the river where goods came and went, hence the name "Shinagawa (goods river)", which can still be seen in the name of the place. There are many stylish cafes around the area, where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll with a cup of coffee in your hand.
Nakameguro
Centered on the Meguro River lined with cherry blossom trees, Nakameguro is home to many stylish cafes and galleries. Although it is located in the heart of the city, not far from Shibuya, Nakameguro retains a local atmosphere and is a great place to relax. You can visit museums and galleries, take out a cup of coffee from one of the stylish cafes and relax in the park, and enjoy a relaxing adult holiday.
