Professional Pet Shop Charm Inc. Japan, established forty years ago, is an online retailer that concentrates mainly on pet-related merchandise, whose company mission is to “focus on relaxation and nature in the everyday”. Utilizing knowhow gained from long-standing experience, Charm are experts in providing high quality live plants and animals and goods for well-loved pets. In April of 2019, Charm opened. “Aquarium for Relaxation”, a retail space in Ebisu dedicated to providing aquarium layout and spatial design advice based on quality materials and expertise. They create “Relaxation Spaces” through aquarium design, production, and maintenance. They also have regular workshops and events dedicated to growing and taking care of plants and living creatures in a fun learning environment.
