Santa Cruz de Tenerife
Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the capital of the Canary Islands Province, is a port city located in the northern part of Tenerife Island. Although it is a city with a variety of high-rise buildings, it is surrounded by the rich nature of the mountains and the sea, and is known as a comfortable city to live in. Cruise ships from Europe and the U.S. call at the port, and travelers come and go daily as a base for visiting the beautiful sights scattered throughout the island.
Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands in the Atlantic Ocean. Tenerife is blessed with abundant natural beauty, including the Teide volcano, Spain's highest peak, as well as a World Heritage site, the ancient capital of Tenerife. This resort island is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Spain, with a mild climate, white sandy beaches, and sophisticated hotels where you can spend a relaxing time all year round.
