Arashiyama Park
Kyoto Prefectural Arashiyama Park, located near the Togetsukyo Bridge in Arashiyama, is one of the most scenic spots in Arashiyama and is crowded throughout the year. The park is divided into three areas, Kameyama, Nakanoshima, and Rinsenji, each of which offers its own atmospheric scenery of Arashiyama. In particular, the Nakanoshima and Rinsenji areas are filled with people during the high season, as they offer a view of the Katsura River, Togetsukyo Bridge, and the surrounding mountains, which is typical of Arashiyama.
Arashiyama and Sagano
Arashiyama and Sagano, located to the west of Kyoto City, is known for its cherry blossoms and autumn leaves. The Togetsukyo Bridge and the small path through the bamboo grove are popular spots for their elegant scenery, which is representative of Arashiyama. There are also many other ways to spend your time, such as visiting temples and looking for souvenirs.
