Ouchitoge Ichijikan Park
Ouchitoge Ichijikan Park is famous as a viewing spot from the west where you can see Amanohashidate stretching straight out to the left and right. Amanohashidate, which looks like the character for "one (一 in Kanji)" lying down, and the surrounding sea, peninsulas, mountains, and towns, and other diverse elements come together to create a picture-perfect landscape. The pass, which has long been known as a scenic spot, is now a park, where visitors can stay in tents or cottages and take their time to enjoy the beautiful morning sunrise and the night view colored by the city lights.
Amanohashidate
Located in Miyazu Bay at the base of the Tango Peninsula, Amanohashidate traverses the sea like a rising dragon. It is a scenic spot known as one of the three most scenic spots in Japan. More than 5,000 black pine trees cover a sandbar 20 to 170 meters wide and 3.6 km long, creating a magnificent view that is representative of Japan's natural beauty, the white sand and green pine trees. Surrounding the area are various viewing spots where visitors can enjoy different views from different angles and at different distances.
