Gaslamp Quarter
The area of downtown San Diego from 4th Avenue to 6th Avenue, bounded by Broadway to the north and Harbor Drive to the south, is the historic district known as the Gaslamp Quarter, where more than 90 Victorian-style buildings built in the late 19th and early 20th centuries have been preserved, creating a nostalgic atmosphere. At night, the gas lamps that give the city its name are lit, and the beautifully lit restaurants and nightclubs are busy until late.
San Diego
San Diego is one of the largest cities in California, bordering Mexico. San Diego is blessed with a mild climate and an open atmosphere, with beautiful beaches stretching alongside the elegant cityscape and Old Town, which retains strong traces of its Mexican past. Other tourist attractions include a museum built on an aircraft carrier, which is typical of a naval city, and a vast city park with one of the world's largest zoos.
