City of Arts and Sciences

Just east of Old Valencia lies the City of Arts and Sciences that looks like it could have wandered into a science fiction movie. The city was built in the early 21st century on an old riverbed on the site of the Túria River, which was replaced by a new river that had caused flood damage to the city. Visitors can enjoy a beautiful near-future world by visiting the opera house with its unique form, the science museum, the aquarium, or taking a leisurely stroll along the waterfront.

Valencia

Valencia is the third largest city in Spain facing the Mediterranean Sea. Valencia has long flourished as a port city, and in addition to the numerous historical buildings that adorn the center of the city, it is blessed with a wealth of tourist resources, including the innovative design of the City of Arts and Sciences and the Falles.
