Oak Creek
Running northeast to southwest through the city of Sedona, Oak Creek is a healing river that never runs dry and brings moisture to the dry land of the red rocks all year round. It flows at the base of Cathedral Rock, one of Sedona's four major vortexes, where the power of the earth swirls. The river is rich in water and is a favorite resting place for hikers on the dry land, as well as a spot for fishing and swimming.
Sedona
Surrounded by uniquely shaped red rock mountains, Sedona has been revered as a sacred land by Native Americans since ancient times. The area is dotted with power spots called vortexes, and many people from all over the world come here to feel the power of the earth. You can spend your time meditating on the red rock mountains while gazing at the vast landscape, or you can visit art stores in the town where artists gather.
