Bell Rock
Bell Rock is located south of Sedona and is one of the four major vortexes. A vortex is a place where the energy of the earth and the universe swirls around. There are several types of vortexes, but Bell Rock is said to be energizing because of the "masculine" energy that is released from the earth upward. Even beginners can easily climb up to the middle of the mountain, where they can not only admire the scenery, but also meditate and do yoga while feeling the power of the earth, a typical Sedona sight.
Sedona
Surrounded by uniquely shaped red rock mountains, Sedona has been revered as a sacred land by Native Americans since ancient times. The area is dotted with power spots called vortexes, and many people from all over the world come here to feel the power of the earth. You can spend your time meditating on the red rock mountains while gazing at the vast landscape, or you can visit art stores in the town where artists gather.
