Aokigahara Sea of Trees

The Aokigahara Sea of Trees is a 30-square-kilometer forest area northwest of Mt. Fuji. After the lava that flowed out during the great eruption of 864 solidified, a virgin forest of Tsuga and Hinoki trees was formed over a period of more than 1100 years. The whole area has been designated as a national park with walking trails, making it a perfect spot for forest bathing.

Mt.Fuji

Fuji, one of Japan's most famous peaks. At 3,776 meters above sea level, it is the highest peak in Japan and is also an independent peak, so its beautiful shape can be seen from a distance.
