Kakusenkei
Of the Daishoji River that runs through Kaga City, the part of the valley located in Yamanaka Onsen is called Kakusenkei. A 1.3-km promenade has been set up along the valley, where visitors can walk through nature while listening to the murmuring of the clear stream, making it one of the most popular tourist spots in the hot spring area, loved by locals and hot spring guests alike. It is a scenic spot with many attractions, such as the unique bridges that span the valley and a hall dedicated to Matsuo Basho, a haiku poet who loved the area.
