atre Oimachi is a shopping complex directly connected to Oimachi Station, which is served by the JR, Tokyu, and Rinkai lines. With a wide variety of shops ranging from fashion and lifestyle goods to food and restaurants, it is a familiar part of everyday life in the neighborhood. To create a sense of openness on a windowless basement floor, several Atmoph Window Yo units have been installed in the shop crew break room and the sales department office.

Q. What was the reason or trigger for introducing Atmoph Window?

The installation area is on the second basement floor with no windows, so we introduced Atmoph Window hoping to create a sense of openness.

We have installed them in the shop crew break room and in the sales department office space.

Q. Has anything changed or improved since introducing Atmoph Window?

We feel that it creates a sense of openness even in a small space. In the sales department, Atmoph Window also sparks conversation, with people saying things like “That is the scenery of …” or “Isn’t this place …?”

Q. Do you have any favorite landscapes on Atmoph Window Yo?

I like scenery where you can feel nature, such as forests and seasides. They give us a moment to relax during our daily work.

Q. What kind of reactions have you received from staff and customers since the installation?

We have not received direct comments from the crew, but when we look around, we sometimes see people gazing intently at the screen.

Q. What do you expect from Atmoph Window Yo in the future?

When using Atmoph Window as an external speaker, the ease of the Bluetooth connection seems to vary depending on the environment, so we would be glad if it connected more smoothly. We are also looking forward to more variety in the sceneries.
