In addition to its World Heritage-listed historic district and the beauty of the city as seen from Fourvière Hill, Lyon is also famous for its gastronomic offerings. There are many bouchons in the city that serve local cuisine, and a gourmet tour to find your favorite flavor is one of the pleasures of the city.
