Lyon
Lyon is an ancient city located at the confluence of the Rhône and Saône rivers in eastern France. It has flourished as a trading center since Roman times, and even today is the second largest city in France. In addition to its World Heritage-listed historic district and the beauty of the city as seen from Fourvière Hill, Lyon is also famous for its gastronomic offerings. There are many bouchons in the city that serve local cuisine, and a gourmet tour to find your favorite flavor is one of the pleasures of the city.
