Hamarikyu Gardens
Hamarikyu Garden is located in Chuo Ward, Tokyo, right next to the buildings in the center of the city. The garden was built by reclaiming the sea. It is famous for its tidal pond, which draws in seawater, allowing visitors to enjoy the changing scenery as the tide comes in and out of the garden. The garden, with its beautiful waterfront and seasonal flowers in full bloom, is truly an oasis in the city.
Tsukiji
Even after the world-famous Tsukiji wholesale market moved to Toyosu in 2018, the off-site market remains, and Tsukiji is as crowded with tourists as ever. Tsukiji is a great area for strolling around, not only to eat and drink, but also to experience the history of the area through temples and gardens.
