Gardens by the Bay
Gardens by the Bay is a sprawling national botanical garden located on reclaimed land in Marina Bay, and since its opening in 2012, it has earned a reputation as a cutting-edge botanical garden that combines spectacular, futuristic structures with a sustainability philosophy that uses energy and water efficiently. Visitors can experience the cool, high altitude climate in the dome with its cascading waterfalls, or watch the nighttime show in which the entire park is bathed in light.
Marina Bay, the tourist center of southern Singapore, is home to many of Singapore's most famous landmarks, including Marina Bay Sands, with its spectacular SkyPark that connects three buildings, Gardens by the Bay, a botanical garden that blends cutting-edge architecture with nature, and Merlion, which remains a symbol of the city. From dining and shopping to the beautiful night views, there are many attractions that will make you want to stay longer.
