Green Island

Green Island is one of the most popular resort islands among the 900 islands of various sizes in the Great Barrier Reef. Located about 27 km off the coast of Cairns, it is easily accessible by a 45-minute high-speed boat ride. The small island, which can be walked around in about 40 minutes, is made up of beautiful tropical rainforests and white sandy beaches. There are many ways to enjoy the island, from playing a variety of marine sports to staying at a luxury resort.

Cairns

Cairns, a flourishing city on the east coast of Australia in northern Queensland, is the gateway to two World Natural Heritage sites: the Great Barrier Reef, the world's largest coral reef area, and the world's oldest tropical rainforest.
