Sogn og Fjordane, Norway
Hjelledalen
From the tourist town of Stryn, located at the foot of the Nordfjord, to the world heritage site of Geirangerfjord, beautiful scenery can be seen everywhere along Route 15, where many cars pass by. One such place is the Hjelledalen, which appears after crossing Lake Oppstrynsvatn and is flanked on both sides by steep mountains. As you climb up the many curves of the road, you will see the typical Norwegian mountains and waterfalls one after another, making it a scenic spot.
Nordfjord
The Nordfjord is the sixth largest fjord in Norway with a total length of 106 km. The fjord is located between Sognefjord and Geirangerfjord, both of which are meccas for tourism, and offers a relaxing and calm atmosphere due to the lack of tourists. The Briksdalsbreen Glacier, a tributary of the Jostedalsbreen Glacier, the largest glacier in Europe, flows nearby, and you can experience trekking along the glacier.
