Liushishi Mountain
Liushishi Mountain, located on the Coastal Mountain Range in eastern Taiwan, is famous for its orange daylily and tea. Every year from August to September, the orange daylily, a member of the lily family, is in full bloom, and the entire mountain glows with a golden color. During this time of the year, many visitors come to Liushishi Mountain, where they can enjoy the magnificent scenery of the orange daylily and tea plantations, the beautiful fields of the East Rift Valley at the foot of the mountains, and the many layers of the Central Mountain Range.
Hualien
Hualien, located in the eastern part of Taiwan, is a bustling port town with Hualien Harbor, one of the four major ports in Taiwan, as its center, and is surrounded by the dynamic nature of the Pacific Ocean and the Central Mountain Range. After touring the great valleys carved out over time and the beautiful lakes that reflect the surrounding mountains, you can learn about the history of the city in the buildings from the Japanese colonial era, or indulge in the diverse cuisine of the indigenous people at one of the largest night markets in eastern Taiwan.
