Oslo Opera House
Located in the Bjørvika district along the Oslo Fjord Bay, the Opera House was completed in 2008 and is home to the Norwegian National Opera and Ballet. Norway's largest cultural facility, which hosts about 300 performances a year, is characterized by its marble and glass exterior, which resembles an iceberg, as well as its interior, which is richly decorated with oak and natural light.
