Vernal Falls
Vernal Falls is a waterfall with a drop of about 97 meters in the Merced River that flows into Yosemite Valley. In early summer, the waterfall flows down with great force, but in autumn, when the snow melt decreases, the volume of water decreases and the water falls in multiple streams. The Mist Trail, which visits the two waterfalls along with Nevada Falls a little further upstream, is one of the most popular trail courses in Yosemite National Park.
Yosemite National Park
Yosemite National Park, located in the western foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, is a paradise for flora and fauna, with its wilderness of virgin forests, valleys and lakes. The park is full of attractions such as giant sequoia trees, El Capitan, the world's largest granite monolith, and Yosemite Falls, the largest waterfall in the U.S. You can enjoy nature throughout the year, camping and trekking from spring to autumn, and skiing in winter.
