Yamakawa Natural Sand Bath Sayuri

Located on Fushime Beach in Yamakawa, Ibusuki, this hot spring offers one of the few sand baths found anywhere in Japan. At Yamakawa Natural Sand Bath Sayuri, visitors can lie on the beach and be gently covered with naturally heated sand, allowing the warmth to slowly soak into the body. Known for improving circulation and easing fatigue, the experience is made even more memorable by stunning views of Mount Kaimon and the East China Sea.
