Kilauea Point
Kilauea Point, the northernmost cape on Kauai, is known as a nesting ground for a wide variety of seabirds, including the endemic Nene, the state bird of Hawaii, as well as ginkgo and bonefish. At the tip of the cape stands the impressive Kilauea Lighthouse with its white background and red roof. The picture-postcard scenery created by the small lighthouse perched atop the cape jutting out into the sparkling blue ocean is one of the most spectacular and popular sights on Kauai.
Kauai
Kauai, one of the Hawaiian Islands, is called the "Garden Island" because most of the island is covered with tropical rain forest. The dynamic and spectacular scenery, including steep seaside cliffs and majestic canyons, is so beautiful that it will leave you speechless. Kauai is also known as the birthplace of Hawaiian culture, and you can experience Hawaii's history of coexistence with nature firsthand by touring the sacred heiau, Wailua Falls, and the Fern Grotto associated with the royal family.
