Lake Yamanaka
Lake Yamanaka is one of the Fuji Five Lakes (Lake Motosu, Lake Shoji, Lake Sai, Lake Kawaguchi, and Lake Yamanaka) located around Mt. Fuji. It is located in the southeastern most part of the Fuji Five Lakes and is filled with rich water as the source of the Sagami River. Fuji from the shores of the wide lake, and has flourished as a scenic spot since ancient times. The surrounding area is lined with various lodging facilities, both old and new, and has become a bustling resort.
