Mirante do Vale
Mirante do Vale is a skyscraper in the center of São Paulo. At 170 meters tall and 51 stories, it was the tallest building in Brazil from the time of its opening in 1966 until 2014. The simple rectangular exterior designed with a regular lattice pattern gives a sense of the building's history. The interior is not open to the public, but visitors can make reservations to enjoy the impressive view of the city center from the 42nd floor observation spot.
