Overlooking the Saburtalo district in the western part of Tbilisi is a housing complex with a unique atmosphere: a passageway runs through the upper floors of three buildings and leads to the street at the top of the hill. The aerial walkway, built for the convenience of local residents, is a perfect place to view the old Soviet-era buildings that are common in the area. It is called the Tbilisi Skybridge, and is a secretly popular spot.
City of Tbilisi
Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, weaves its history since the 5th century on both banks of the Mtkvari River, surrounded by mountains on three sides. In the center of the city, various elements from medieval fortresses to the colorful old town, Soviet-era housing complexes, and state-of-the-art and eccentric buildings come together to create a unique landscape. Known as a cultural hub by a new generation, the city is also full of hot spots for fashion, art, clubs, and other fields that are the focus of the world's attention.
